CONCERNING
FORM AND TYPE OF DOCUMENTS ON PLANT QUARANTINE ACTION

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE,

Considering:

• a. that with the Decree of the Minister of Agriculture No. 474/Kpts/HK.310/8/2002, Plant Quarantine Operational Document Forms have been stipulated;
• b. that, with the developing implementation of quarantine action, the plant quarantine operational document forms as meant above can not meet anymore the administrative needs of plant quarantine action implementation in the field;
• c. that, based on the aforesaid consideration, it is considered necessary to review the Decision of the Minister of Agriculture No. 474/Kpts/HK.310/8/2002;

In view of:

SECOND:

Upon enactment of this Decree, the Decree of the Minister of Agriculture No. 474/Kpts/HK.310/8/2002 on Plant Quarantine Operational Document Forms, within 3 (three) months as of the stipulation date hereof, is declared null and void.

THIRD:

This Decree comes to force as of the date of stipulation.
